Pleasant reception team who are always very busy. Dental team very empathetic and caring… great advice and support to help improve dental care.
Isn't prevention better than cure. Not here. How does my child have a check up 2 weeks ago then 2 weeks later be told she has tarter build up. Why wasn't the plaque dealt with 2 weeks ago. Of course it wasn't when it's a 2 second look in the mouth. The dentist is only interested in making money. Also very rude. I actually greated him twice with a hello but he had his head down on his phone. I'm sorry a new dentist is needed at this practice
Myself and my whole family have been at this dental practice for years and we would never change. The staff are amazing, kind and considerate of all your feelings and make the experience enjoyable.
I have been using this dentist for decades and only have good things to say. The staff have always been friendly and helpful, I have a great dentist Deji who is fantastic, he is brilliant with my kids also and they enjoy coming to see him. I did have 1 bad experience a couple of years ago when I had to see another dentist but fortunately she doesn’t work there anymore and wasn’t there very long. I would 100% recommend this dental practice.
All the 1 star reviews about this surgery are true. Had 7 treatments over the last 2 years for fillings in the same 2 teeth after admitting themselves they’d not been done properly there on previous occasions. Had to spend £500 on an emergency appointment elsewhere last night after having issues with one of the same teeth - service was considerably better and actually took time during the treatment rather than being in and out in 15 minutes with half a job done like you’d get here. Theres probably a reason fountain surgery was the only place I could find that were accepting new patients back then
I would not recommend this dental practice to anybody one-on-one referred me to them I turned up on time for my appointment and you still took them 45 minutes to see me and when they did see me he looked in my mouth for about 2 seconds tried to drill my tooth did not give no pain relief I told him it hurts is stopped what he was doing still left a big hole in my tooth did not feel they described me toothpaste with a prescription I took my prescription to the chemist the chemist said they cannot accept the prescription because they did not sign it properly they said if they accept it would be illegal
Extremely poor dental service. I was registered here for 4 years and they cancelled several appointments over the years with no warning, checkups on 2 occasions lasted less than 2 minutes, and on one occasion the dentist didn't even look in my mouth. Then after 1 year of me not booking an appointment they booted me off their system, again with no warning, and I'd now be at the back of a 3 year waiting list if I were to join this terrible practice again.
Just avoid. Came through on a 111 emergency appointment. Dentist didn’t even look in my mouth for more than a second and threw me out. Will be lodging a complaint through the NHS and ombudsman. If your offered to go here don’t. Now having to find another dentist as the issue has become worse.
I was booked in through NHS for emergency appointment. They have closed as apparently everyone in the practice are sick and they didn't even bothered to phoned me to say the app is cancelled. I wasted an hour there and back!! What about the pain? No one called to either cancel or to reschedule this emergency appointment. So disappointing. Probably they didn't bother as I was NHS patient ://
Didn't have Dentist and had an accident last week resulting in needing extraction of snapped tooth. Phoned a few practices and this practice were first with NHS places, booked for today. Staff are friendly and very efficent people, had a filling, clean and the extraction in same day - went all smoothly. Excellent service. Happy to be on their list going forward. Will be looking at veneers medium term, and a credit plan will soon be available for such - excellent, cannot recommend enough.
