   Avoid Avoid Avoid! I took my car to these guys to replace one injector. They ended giving me more problems with my car- problems I didn’t have before sending my car to their workshop. After a lot of back and forth and assurances to fix the issue, they failed to do it. What is most upsetting is the flippant attitude of those two guys there Ghulam and Barbar! They just couldn’t be bothered. They are more interested in getting to the next customer than quality service. In the end I spend about £1000 to get the car fixed and still at point 0. Total Rip off! Avoid!

   In January of 2022 I came to this garage to get my blower motor fixed which had stopped working entirely. Originally I was quoted £50 for the instalment and then after taking my car into the garage, I was called and told it would be £110 instead due to my car being a newer version than they anticipated and so this would mean a longer job. Firstly let me say that if the price seems too good to be true it is probably because it is. This I was OK to accept and in defence of the garage they rang before they had started the work. AFTER installation they call to tell me the motor is very noisy and that I can always take it back (at a cost!) to repair it again. Now it is November 2022. My blower motor vibrates on all 4 settings and is very, very loud (louder than before) on all settings. I take my car to a local garage I’ve started using, asking them if they can do a replacement. After taking my car to the new garage they phone me up to say that the original garage (DON VALLEY AUTOS) have installed the motor wrong and have wrecked the inside of my car and the dashboard. This now to replace has costed me £299 plus 20% VAT. After collecting my car today with the new instalment, the new garage inform me that parts of my car has been cut with hacksaws in order to fit the blower motor. What should’ve been a 1 time fix has costed me almost £500 and I’ve spent more money fixing their original mistake. And there is now permanent damage to my car, luckily the car is still functional. Of course after getting in touch with Don Valley Autos, as far as they are concerned they did a good job. It is cheap but you pay for what you get and I had to learn the hard way unfortunately.

   My experience was very bad they are too bizi so the result of service is very poor they try to finish the job but not concentrate on the quality of work it was my 2nd experience and this time again I'm not satisfied with the work that he don

   Took my van in for repair. Took one last ok, said we can't deal with this, it's out of our experience and sent me on my way. Rather than having it for 2 weeks, and pretending to fix it. Honest lot

   Excellent place. Took my vehicle in for work on it, when it was discovered that the repair I'd booked in wasn't necessary but other less expensive work was required, that was all they did. Didn't try to pad the job at all. Highly recommended and will definitely be using them again.
