   I am extremely disappointed with the Style Lounge. I tried to cancel an appointment the day before it was due and was refused. I was told that because the cancellation was within forty eight hours I would be charged the full price of fifty two pounds. I explained that I had an emergency and that, while I understand the inconvenience, unexpected events do happen. I was met with rigid, scripted responses and told that my card on file would be charged in full. Charging the full amount for a missed appointment is unreasonable, and doing so when I gave twenty four hours notice is even more so. I apologised and explained the situation, yet the staff member simply repeated that it was policy and entirely inflexible. Since I was automatically booked in after my previous visit, it feels exploitative to refuse any cancellation and then demand full payment for a service that will not be provided and could very easily be given to another customer. I understand the need for a cancellation policy and I would have been happy to pay a cancellation fee for the inconvenience, but charging the full price for the service is ridiculous and money- hungry.

   I was absolutely desperate for the loo whilst walking through town with my two children (one of whom had hurt her leg) I popped in and asked if I could use the facilities and I couldn’t have recieved a warmer and more welcoming yes, of course. I couldn’t get over how kind, cheerful and obliging they were and what a lovely relaxed atmosphere the gorgeous salon had. My daughter left very impressed too. Thank you for being nice people, the salon and hand soap is pure luxury!

   Wouldn't go anywhere else! The salon is beautiful, relaxed and staff are so experienced and professional. You are made to feel welcome as soon as you step through the door . Jessica did my colour and cut and couldn't recommend her more, she knew exactly what i wanted and how to achieve this, absolute superstar! So happy we said yes to the bangs, I love them!

   Lovely experience, got in due to a cancellation on same day. Lovely relaxed and beautiful interior. Good chat to discuss my hair before hand. Lovely head massage whilst getting hair washed, and also had massage chairs. Booked ahead for December for a colour after chatting through options. Thanks!

   This was my first time at the salon and it did not disappoint. The salon has a calming vibe and great attention to detail. Go see Scott! He is fantastic an absolute professional and takes care of you 100%. His colour was totally amazing and freshened up my colour to a dreamy blonde.
