   We broke down in our vito bus in longley after a very short wait we were welcomed by johnathon who went above and beyond. He helped my disabled partner in and out the truck. He was very chatty and made us all feel comfortable and we could not expect more! He was professional and absolutely brilliant!! He is a credit to mount pleasant motoring services Ltd.    Today we had a breakdown in Derbyshire and was recovered to Lincoln with no fuss at all. Adam the recovery driver was excellent, professional and sympathetic to our situation. Nothing was too much trouble and he looked after our vehicle and us (my wife and I and our dog Henry) very well indeed. We are very grateful to Adam and the Mount Pleasant Motoring Services for their prompt , courteous and exceptional response, along with their first class and caring service.    Although I didn't actually end up needing their services, last night during torrential rain, my front wipers stopped working. Well, thry broke completely on the drivers side! I had to immediately pull over on the bypass and put my hazards on. Both myself and my partner were very anxious because of our location being so dangerous and a lack of safe area for us to stand away from our car. I called my car insurers for roadside assistance and Mount Pleasant Motoring Services Ltd were assigned to assist. The loveliest lady from their office rang and was, thankfully, a voice of reason in a very panicked moment. The rain started to slow whilst I was giving our location and details to her and as the conversation went on, it stopped completely. Because I was less than 15 minutes from home, she mentioned the possibility of driving back in hope that we made it before the rain started again. Common sense at a moment where a sense of fear had pushed it right out the window. So that's exactly what we tried, and was successful! I rang to cancel the call out with her and she even spoke to the AA to advise the call out was cancelled for me so I could get on with my evening. Really couldn't rate her more highly and would definitely use their services if needed in the future.

   I broke down recently in the middle of Sheffield rush hour with the car battery completely dead, not even hazard lights working - I presume the alternator has given up the ghost. Given I was blocking traffic and no way of moving the car, panic was starting to set in. I’d seen the Mount Pleasant trucks around town so thought I’d nothing to lose. Amazingly, I got straight through on the phone and arranged for collection within the hour at sensible money. The guys who arrived were polite, helpful and professional. I never usually fill these surveys in but my relief at seeing the recovery truck can’t be put into words. Great service and would happily recommend.

   My van actually conked out on the M1 but I managed to limp off and park up on the A630 (Sheffield Parkway) at about 10:15. Call was placed to Mount Pleasant and they advised us that due to them being busy it would be 2 hours. The recovery truck finally turned up at 2:30. The driver was very professional and friendly and quickly got me loaded up within 20-30 mins and recovered us back to our unit. I know they were very busy that day so the long time is understandable. Overall the recovery was very professionally and efficiently dealt with.

   Absolutely useless, called in heavy recovery at 8:20am and vehicle has still not been moved at 4:10 pm. rang numerous times to see when arriving after quoting 60-90 minute arrival time, and never rang back.

   Had a vehicle picked up on Monday by Al, got on really well, couldn't have been happier with the service. Had my vehicle recovered tonight following an RTC, James was also brilliant, arrived quickly, handled professionally and even dropped me off at home, before taking the vehicle to the compound. Overall, very impressed with both drivers & will use again in the future.

   Brokedown this morning on the way to work on the dual carriage way. Picked up within half an hour. The driver who picked me and my car was very professional. His cab was also spotless if I'm ever stuck again I will be contacting them A+

   Stupidly expensive and the office staff are hostile. The pickup was arranged for 09:30 but the driver didn't arrive for an hour after that. After the transported vehicle was dropped off, we received a phone call for payment whilst we were driving home in another car. I asked to wait until we could pull off the road in a safe position, or pay when we got home, but this wasn't acceptable. Had to put up with endless phone calls while we were in the middle of busy traffic. Got a very strange threat that the the driver would not drop off the car until we paid - even though we knew he had done so and left 20 minutes previously. Transporter driver was good but otherwise AVOID

   **STOLEN** PLEASE SHARE Unfortunately this LR Adventure 110 was stolen for the 2nd Time this week! Last Night it was stolen from Mount Pleasant Motoring Services Compound in Sheffield where it was waiting to be collected. This is a compound which holds cars from crime scences/murders etc so not very secure at all! PLEASE SHARE THIS AND MAKE THIS CAR TO HOT TO HANDLE! Many Thanks
