Lauren was great in offering a range of options for my style, leaving me really happy with the end result. During the appointment Lauren was very friendly, interesting and made the experience enjoyable. Receptionist was also very attentive and I have already booked in for the next cut! Jamie

   I’m not sure if I’m supposed to name names or whether it’s a generic feedback request. But Ria always delivers a beautiful cut and finish. Personal care and attention to any allergies or sensitivities with products. Staff at francescos are friendly and hospitable. The refreshments are very welcome especially as it’s such a relaxing atmosphere. Like a hair spa. .

   I had a haircut from Lisa recently, taking off approximately three inches of bleached hair (which was my first profressional cut in four years so there was little to no shape to my hair). She was lovely from the moment I walked in; I was assisted immediately despite arriving a little early, she took the time before doing anything to ask how I'd like it, and gave me guidance on bits that I wasn't sure about (how short to go to give healthy ends again, how to counteract having a lot of hair that isn't thin). As she cut, she confirmed additional things that I had forgotten to mention, such as if I wanted the front cut a little differently (I did). She did an amazing job styling it at the end in curls (despite the short length), and I left feeling brilliant.

   I have been using this salon for around seven years. Four years ago I had chemo and my hair started falling out. I called the salon and Ria tidied up my hair, she was really good at putting me at ease. When my hair started growing back she styled it in a way that made me feel like me again. She has helped me on my journey getting my hair back to normal. And now she does my hair every 10 weeks. I am always happy with the excellent service, and really recommend Ria and the salon.
