   I visited the dentist yesterday and honestly couldn’t be more impressed. All the staff were incredibly professional from start to finish. I told the dentist I’d had a really bad experience six years ago, and he kept reassuring me the whole way through — within minutes my anxiety was gone. The extraction itself was completely painless, and he did a brilliant job. I left feeling relieved, grateful, and genuinely confident about coming back. Highly recommend.

   Had an ultrasound scan here in July. The service was fast, however the woman performing the scan is very cold and verging on nasty. Little sniping comments are not needed when you are already anxious. Please train this woman up on patient compassion. Having an intimate examination you should be made to feel relaxed, not belittled.

   i had an ultrasound here and was made to feel extremely uncomfortable for my entire experience. i was belittled and patronised when talking about my pain. first thing i did when i went in the room was ask them how there day was going i got told in an snarky way that it was going to be better when i left as i was the last appointment and didn’t get asked how my day was (this was a lunch time appointment not a late one) and that set the tone for the rest of the appointment. When i explained that my health problems have been persisting for nearly a year without a diagnosis she said “well we’d all love to be able to push a magic button and find out what is wrong with our bodies but life doesn’t work that way.” completely ruined my day. was so uncomfortable i waited outside on the road for 10 mins for my uber instead of sitting in the waiting area as i didn’t want any further interaction with her.

   I came in for the first time for a clean and polish and for my retainers to be replaced, the receptionist was very friendly and welcoming on arrival. Joseph was great, I mentioned I had sensitive teeth so he was very gentile with the procedure. I have had many hygienist appointments elsewhere and they have been over very quickly and not been very comfortable, Joseph was very thorough and he took time with the procedure and was painless, even with how sensitive my teeth are. He did an X-ray on my teeth make sure everything was ok. And showed me through the results. Very professional service. 10/10 would recommend Joseph and north Leeds dental clinic. Haley Migley

   If I could put 0 stars. Infact I'd put -5 negative. The women we've just seen for an ultrascan, was rude! what a horrible experience. Please train this individual some manners and professionalism!

   I was referred here for an emergency tooth extraction and can not speak highly enough of the experience. From the lovely lady manning the front desk to the assistants, everyone was great. Dr. Joseph was thoroughly professional, personable and knowledgeable. I am now pain free for the first time in weeks and can't thank them/him enough. Keep up the great work!

   I hadn't been to the dentist in years and was so nervous about my new patient exam when I first came 6 months ago. Joseph was so kind and really gentle with me, he explained everything in detail and made sure I understood everything. He gave me great recommendations and when I came back yesterday for my checkup I wasn't nervous at all! Everyone here is so lovely and I can't recommend them enough. Thank you so much! See you in another 6 months!
