   Booked my hair in with kelsey this evening for the very first time at ubu hair and was such a lovely experience. Kelsey asked if I had any allergies and was so caring, attentive and very professional when I said I did have certain allergies and made sure I felt comfortable throughout my visit! Thankyou so much kelsey you made me feel like an absolute princess with my new hair! Thankyou so much for squeezing me in last minute Xx

   I had such a fantastic experience with Nicola! From start to finish, she was warm, professional, and really attentive to what I wanted. She took the time to listen, offered great suggestions, and the end result was absolutely perfect. I left feeling confident and refreshed – the cut/style was exactly what I was hoping for (if not better!). Nicola’s attention to detail and her friendly, relaxed approach made the whole visit a pleasure. Highly recommend her to anyone looking for excellent service and beautiful results.    I got my my hair done at UBU on 17 July. Sam was great and the salon has taken so many steps to make sure customers and staff are safe. I felt comfortable and safe throughout the experience and I am so happy with how my hair looks.

   I have been going to this salon since I was a little girl and cannot fault it ever. Aga did my hair for the first time today and I couldn’t be any happier. Did exactly what I wanted. Nicki the manager is always so welcoming and always remembers me. All the other girls are very friendly and make me feel relaxed. Best salon in Sutton Coldfield by far.
