   Definitely, I am not going there again! Today went there to get a haircut. For the first time in my life, a hairdresser cut my whole hair behind me, not even lifting or separating it. The whole of my thick hair was cut together. l didn't like my haircut, and l told her to her face. When l come home, l saw longer hair were there. l needed to cut them with my scissors. Please don't be lazy like me and go to your own hair salon! l thought Toni and Guy was a nice place, but never again.

   I came in for a cut and blow dry today. Felt my long hair was weighing down and thinning at the ends….so opted to go shorter again. Had Jack styling me today and I couldn’t have asked for better. He gave me great advice, knew what he was doing & can tell he loves doing what he does! Polite, chatty and a joy to be around whilst having my hair done. I loved my cut and the style of waves he did for me, ready for family event! I’ve previously been styled by Taren and she is also fab! Highly recommend them both, in general the team is very friendly at this particular establishment. Thank you!!

   Jack (the lad) cut my hair and he was amazing. Made it shorter and lovely layers all through and made it lovely and light. He styled it with some natural looking curls at the end and I loved it. He also curled my daughter’s hair at the end and made her feel special too. Thank you ❤️

   Fantastic haircut. Jack was my stylist and he was brilliant throughout the entire cut. Listened to me and did me a complete restyle even know I had no idea what I wanted. The cut he did for me to ensure it suits me, my lifestyle and hair type. No pressure to rebook which I liked and also open to my suggestions when I go back so we can work on any likes or dislikes with my new style. I think this is such a great attitude from a hairdresser to be open and happy to discuss all options with you. Would highly recommend Toni & Guy particularly Jack as a stylist is just great. Will definitely be returning and seeing Jack again.

   Really disappointed with the outcome of my hair cut. During the haircut I realised she had cut way more off than I asked for in the first place, as it had already been done there was nothing I could do so I thought just go with it and hopefully the outcome will be nice. It wasn't until I came home, washed and straightened it myself I realised my hair had been butchered. The face framing layers I asked for are completely off, one side is shorter and thicker than the other and just looks awful. Its the fact I asked for a simple blunt cut and some long face framing layers and I come out with it butchered. Definitely will not be going back here ever again, it was the worst hair cut I have received in a very long time.
