I visited the salon for a cut and colour, my stylist took the time to understand what I was hoping to achieve and offer options on how to proceed. I'm delighted with the colour and the finish to my style. As some one with long curly (prone to frizz hair), I've come away feeling fabulous after a wonderful blow dry. Great service and would recommend.
My teenage daughter who has really long frizz prone hair, had a cut & blow dry done here by Jess this morning & she has done an amazing job. She will definitely be going back.
After waiting 2 days for a response from the salon to apologise for the mess of my hair, I’m not waiting any longer and I am happy to share an honest experience. The staff were friendly and the hair wash amazing! I thought I was in good hands with senior stylist Ellie. I was very explicit in exactly what I wanted, no grey roots and no red. I paid over £100 to have a simple all over colour brown and I am very disappointed and upset that this is the result, ginger roots and miss match hair. After smiling in this picture and my disappointment, a good salon would contact the customer immediately to rectify this, I’ve had no response. You should be ashamed of yourselves. With the vast amount of hairdressers around, I would avoid Caroline Barton.
My first visit yesterday. It's not the plushest of Salons , no massaging chairs etc. but I had a friendly greeting , and was offered a drink straight away. I was having a re-style with Jen , and she was great, listening to what I wanted and adding her professional advice. I was very happy with my cut, and also the interesting conversation!
Jen was amazing talked me through everything she was doing and hair looks and feels a thousand times better. Did cost more than what I usually pay but can understand why. Will be going back for sure. Also other members off staff, Jess Chloe and Calum seemed polite and smiley
My young daughter had her hair cut here. Staff were very comforting as she was reluctant to have her hair cut. They were very caring and friendly and my daughter loves her new hair. I would recommend this place and hope to use them again in the future too.
Chloe and the team made me feel so welcome…. Today was my first visit - Chloe has done an amazing job colouring and styling my hair I couldn’t be happier with the result! I have booked my next appointment and I would recommend to anyone! Thank you again.
I went today for my first haircut at Caroline Bartons and it was a very good experience. I had jen cut my hair and she done a fab job and was really welcoming too. I had it washed and blow-dried too and left feeling really good and with a really tidy haircut too. I would definitely recommend this salon too.
