She is open, transparent and gives you the best advice and care for hair. Today Katrina transformed my hair. It has never looked and felt so good.    I cannot thank Kerry and Kat enough as I am extremely happy with how nice my hair was done last week by Kerry and Kat. The colour was the best I have ever had, and the hairstyle (updo) was the look I wanted and they achieved it. I have only been twice to Platinum hair , The first time was with Kat for a cut and blow dry and can already feel my hair is in better condition. The salon has a nice relaxing atmosphere. I would not hesitate to recommend to anyone who want a great experience

I can not recommend them enough, not only a fantastic result, but so warm and welcoming and honest advice and opinions, no selling of products laid on you. Kat was the lady who transformed me and I can not recommend her enough.

   Lauren is an amazing hairdresser. A fantastic business manager and takes good care of her clients. She is one of the best hairdressers in Birmingham. Lauren is very professional and well spoken. Friendly and caring person. Every time I go to laurens salon I feel extremely comfortable and always pleased with whichever hair treatments i get done. She recommended an amazing product to me years ago which I now buy religiously as it was fantastic for my hair and I was amazed by the quality of the product. Lauren has been my hairdresser since 2009.
