Excellent experience, first time having hair coloured in salon so very nervous. Danni was reassuring, calm and very professional. From beginning to end superb service, very attent. My hair transformation was better than expected. Highly recommend.
Danni has just completed another beautiful short haircut for me. She is always so welcoming. Sits me down and discusses my needs and preferences. Danni is always thorough and returns to final cut following my blow dry. She is very talented and happy to offer advice on products, styles and drying techniques.

Really happy with my visit! Romii listened to what I wanted and helped me choose the right toner. The colour turned out lovely—really shiny and natural. The cut was just what I needed, and the blow-dry left my hair feeling bouncy and full. Friendly staff and a relaxing atmosphere. I’ll definitely be coming back!

A big thank you to Shalani and all the team at Franceso Group Knowle yesterday for a lovely afternoon at the salon. My sister and I both had our hair done. Shalani did a wonderful Texture Release on my sister who loves her new smooth, sassy, hair and sleek hair cut. And Hannah and Jo gave me a great root colour which refreshed my faded, washed out, tired colour and added renewed depth and tone to the colour of my hair beautifully blending in to create a natural looking balayage ombre effect.
