   I recently went to this barber shop to get my face waxed. It was awful the worst experience ever. The so called barber got wax all on my side of my face next to my ear. He was not suppose to do that. Just my ears. He blamed me for talking. So i told him why didnt he tell me to stop talking. i was not even talking that much. It ridiculous and he wasnt even bothered. He said you can warm it up and it will come out. Well he lied it doesnt come out and now i have a bald patch in the middle of my beard. He said you dont need to pay. I was not going to pay for his mess up. But the fact he messed and didnt take ownership is very very poor. I will never trust that barber shop again. They dont care about anyone. Anyway i will continue to write a bad review every week about this barber shop. Waste of my time and life.

   In 40 years this is by far and away the worst haircut I’ve ever had. I asked for a grade 1 back and sides and a trim on the top. The barber did the sides and took the grade up way too high. Then he did the top and used the thinning scissors to cut my hair down to almost a grade 6. It was tufty and sticking up and you could see my scalp - I was left looking like a boiled egg with a comb over. I refused to pay and walked out - I’ve had bad hair cuts in the past but I’ve never not paid. This visit was on Friday 27th January. I’d been to this barber shop several times before and had great hair cuts and left tips for the guys but it was the first time I’d had a cut from this particular barber - he shouldn’t be allowed to cut hair - my hair still hasn’t grown back properly and two weeks later it still looks like a right mess - the franchise owner should sack him or send him back to school!
