   If it hadn’t of been for Amber and her warm welcome I would have walked straight out. Ignored by reception lady on the phone, not even a little - sorry I’m on the phone take a seat! Just a look to her staff member as if to say ‘deal with her’. I asked Amber if they do children’s cuts, for rude phone lady to say yes they are online and carry on her phone call! Amber went out her way to get me some prices. Lady who cut my hair was lovely, so can’t fault my hair cut or certain staff as it was one person that ruined the experience! Only smiled when it was time to pay. If your front of house slap a smile on it and greet your customers! Very unwelcoming first experience from someone I assume management? It’s a good job you have such lovely welcoming staff!

   I had a cut and balayage with Amber and genuinely had a 10/10 experience. She was warm, kind and professional throughout. More importantly, she listened carefully to what I wanted and gave me the most gorgeous balayage, cut and blow-dry. Really impressed and would totally recommend!

   Tori is an absolute angel! She’s been styling my hair for over 5 years and is always completely in tune with the look I want to achieve. I’ve never had long hair before, and Tori has been with me every step of the journey, from colour to condition, she just gets it. When I’ve shared photos for inspiration, she’s never afraid to give her honest advice and guide me in the right direction. My hair is now in the best condition it’s ever been, and I couldn’t be happier. She’s not just a genius with waves (the queen of long-lasting waves!) but also with cutting. I absolutely love Tori, she’s a very important person in my life and a true asset to the company. Not forgetting Amanda! During my years as a client at Richard Wallace and now Blushes, Amanda has always made the salon what it is. Efficient, friendly, welcoming, and someone who truly takes pride in her role, she consistently delivers exceptional service.

   I had the BEST time at Blushes this week. Everyone was incredibly warm, friendly and welcoming (staff and customers). I was regularly offered drinks and magazines so I enjoyed my tea and biscuit whilst I waited (I arrived very early but was still seen slightly early too). I was quite nervous for my trip because I was chopping just over 12” off for the Little Princess Trust but Zoe instantly put me at ease. She helped me choose my new style before we got started and was so encouraging whilst doing the scary bit of the big initial cut. I had a stunning wash whilst enjoying the massaging chair and a lovely head massage, followed by a lovely blow dry where Zoe completely transformed my look and made me feel SO confident. We spent 2 hours chatting and laughing so I didn’t want to leave. Everyone else in the salon was incredibly lovely and encouraging too and I can’t wait for my next trip!

   My hair dresser Sam moved across to Blushes after Alexander James closed down in Solihull. I have only visited twice so far since Sam has been back from maternity leave but I have enjoyed my experience each time. The salon is light, clean and airy. The online booking system is really handy too! The reception staff are great - they can make or break the experience at the salon. Reception staff here are always super friendly, warm and welcoming. Can't wait for my next appointment :)

   Absolutely horrible never again .Was much better standard when it was Richard Wallace. Have used the hair service for many years and went first time after the name change to blushes, my experience was horrible from start to finish. The only positive I can say is that the receptionist who was there before the change in ownership was good. Will never use again, lesson learned.

She has given me valuable advice on hair styles and looking after the health of my hair. I always feel confident in her care and come away feeling perfectly pampered. Sian will even go the extra mile to meet my needs.

   Sian was lovely and really helpful. She is very knowledgeable about hair and is honest about what will work for you and what won't. She's done an amazing job on my cut and colour for my wedding and I'd recommend her to anyone! All the staff are super lovely and Sian has done an amazing job :)
