First visit for me today. Rachel was very welcoming, and offered lots of advice. I was very happy with the colour. Lily gave me a wonderful, relaxing hair wash. Rachel really took her time, and made an excellent job of my blow dry. The whole experience was very nice and I will definitely be returning. Clare 06/11/25
I highly recommend this salon. My 9-year-old son gets his hair cut here, and Gareth is fantastic with children. He knows how to interact with them while also taking into account the parents’ wishes. My son is always happy to come for his haircut—not just because of how well he’s treated, but also because he loves how his hair looks afterward.
Annie is a very skilled stylist. Annie listened to how I wanted my hair styled and discussed with me the options. I am really pleased with how my hair looks now and with the hair care advice Annie gave me. The salon staff are all professional friendly. I would definitely recommend Cudmore & Co.
Although parking can be difficult it is worth the trip everytime. Friendly and welcoming team. The salon is beautiful, Danni cut my hair. 5* experience friendly, funny and so easy to talk too. After having a horrible morning spending time having my haircut by someone so talented and friendly made a complete difference to my day. Can't wait to come back, my hair went from long to short beautifully done with frequent check ins from the stylist. Beginning to end fantastic, best hairdressers in the West Midlands.
Terrible experience, staff very young no manners or respect for people older then them sniggger and laugh at clients ,so I had bleach roots and toner applied bleach wasn’t even washed out properly then put a toner straight on and that product was still left as could feel it so this so called hair stylist called Rachel who was doing my treatment was drying my hair who kept whacking the hair dryer off my head and heat right against my hair had no respect at all told her to stop 3 times still didn’t care I’ve paid for my treatment just to get out of there as felt uncomfortable to then feel a burning scalp and neck all bright red ! I’ve then had to go back in the salon to get it again rinsed off before it caused anymore damaged or any of my hair falling out avoid at all costs ! Dirty combs ,dirty brushes , no customer service skills then give you 3rd degree burns and still not giving a care in the world I want my money back ! For the inconvenience and my head still burning after going home and trying to sleep of at night time
Had my hair cut by Dani today. She was absolutely brilliant. From the moment I got there she was so welcoming and she put me at ease straight away. She asked me what I wanted and gave me some great advice. The whole process from start to finish was a very enjoyable and relaxing experience. I would highly recommend getting your hair done at this salon and especially by Dani who was professional throughout and definitely knows how to cut and style hair. Big thank you to you Dani. Am looking forward to coming back. ❤️
Today I had half a head of highlights with Danni. She was an absolute pleasure made me feel really comfortable, like I had know her for years . My hair looks great so pleased. Will definitely be returning
I've been getting my hair cut at Cudmore & co for years now. Even after moving out of the area I still travel back to get my hair cut. They're fantastic at creating new styles and are happy to listen to what you have to say and work from that. Always offering ideas and making the style a collaboration. Staff are all very friendly and helpful.
