   I had my hair cut by Becky yesterday and couldn’t be happier! She was so attentive throughout the appointment and really took the time to understand what I wanted. Her customer service was excellent friendly, professional, and made me feel completely at ease. Becky also stocks Balmain Hair and styling products and was so informative about how to use them properly. I left the salon feeling amazing and well taken care of. Highly recommend!

   Today I had the pleasure of having my hair done by Becky. I am blown away at the transformation she has given me. I haven't been to the hairdressers in over 6 years due to the severe psoriasis I have on my head, which had knocked my confidence. She made me feel so welcome and comfortable, the quality of the service and the ambience of the salon is amazing. She mixed the colours specifically for my hair. And used specific products to help my scalp. Thankyou so much!!!

   I’m just back from my first visit to Bu Salon, and it has brightened my day! Becky was professional, friendly and incredibly customer centric. And most importantly of all, she gave me a fantastic cut and style! She was happy to be guided by me (if I’d known what I wanted), but she wasn’t afraid to use her own professional judgement and take the decisions out of my hands, recommending what would work best for my hair and my look. I love my cut. I left the salon feeling happy and confident, having had a really pleasant time to boot. I will be back - I’ve already booked in my daughter for next weekend!

   Don’t know were to start from. I went to BU salon for a consultation for a hair colour. Becky was soo professional and honest with her recommendations. Went today for my colour I received so many compliments the colour was amazing completed at such high standards. With amazing products.
