   Grace is absolutely amazing! I've had a change of style after 8 years and she managed to get everything perfect. She talked to me about what I want and gave me her view, which is exactly what I wanted. It's been a week and I am getting more and more used to the new haircut and I've been getting compliments from people around me as well. I will definitely return and will be recommending to everyone.

   My first haircut in three years! I usually feel a bit anxious about visiting the hairdressers but Grace made me feel very comfortable and discussed my requirements fully before my cut, very professional and really nice to chat to. My hair feels and looks amazing. 100% recommended!

   Megan was amazing. She done such a good job with my cut and styling, especially with my post partum hair. She offered great advice to help me with my dry scalp. Megan was very patient given I had my 6 month old daughter and can often be a daunting experience but she made me feel at ease and though nothing was too much hassle. Thank you for making a tired, anxious mum feel at ease and giving me beautiful hair again. I will definitely be back!

   Had the works done at Bad Apple in Lichfield. Lovely talented staff who made me feel very welcome. All very professional with the skin test at least 48 hours before the new hair do. Had a consultation with Steph who coloured and highlighted my hair discussed everything with me then on the day another consultation with Ellis who gave me a new style which I absolutely love the colour and highlights are different from what I normally go for but I am delighted with the results and will definitely be making this my new hairdressers going forward. Thanks girls X

   Amazing experience. Grace was really friendly and chatty, and did such an amazing job on my hair. Managed to keep the length and have my hair looking sooo much healthier. Was offered a nice cold drink straight away, and was asked if I was comfortable by the window. Felt so relaxed in the salon. Would definitely come back and recommend!!
