I wouldn't recommend using this dentist unless it was an absolute emergency and there was nowhere else to go. Once inside the service was okay but extremely expensive. £400 for a tooth extraction. You have to pay online to book an appointment which looks very sketchy. We chose to go check the place out before paying just incase. Its just a broken door with an intercom that no one ever answered. Called the number up to confirm it was still in business before paying anything and the woman on the phone just insisted I use the website to book. Dead on the appointment time nurse and dentist show up from nowhere in silence and open the door. Kind of felt like a massive inconvenience until they started with the dental work. Might have been a normal out of hours situation but it just felt uncomfortable all round. Website could do with being worked on especially being more clear about the general price of common issues not just show the consultation fee. At least you aren't in for a shock with no real option to pay then.

Booked an appointment but it was a 3.5 hr round trip so I found somewhere closer to me. I tried numerous times and methods to cancel the appointment but got no answer whatsoever. I am trying to get a refund on my hard earned £50 that I paid but can’t get an answer by phone, online message or email. This is not good business practice and reflects badly on you.

I came here with a very painful wisdom tooth infection. Because of the proximity of my tooth to the nerve, they couldn’t extract it the same day and arranged for an appointment the next day. Yes it’s expensive, but having had a different wisdom tooth extracted by the NHS in December, I’d say it was worth every penny. The dentist here was reassuring and patient, not abrupt and trying to rush me through to get to the next patient. They took the time to explain aftercare and answer any questions I had. Plus there was only a 24H wait, not a week. I went back for a check up this week and the dentist was great again. I would recommend this dentist to people who are nervous. This isn’t the cheapest private dentist I’ve seen, but the speed of getting in for appointments and the service is what you pay for. Having compared it to a few other private dentists after seeing the reviews, their prices really aren’t that much more than going anywhere else. I think people forget that private healthcare costs money.

They don't answer the phone professionally for a start. Literally didn't even say hello. Picked up the phone and said "emergency dentist". Could have been in any location for all I knew. Then when I asked for a price he refused and insisted that I use the website. Zero customer service skills. Whatever happened to "good afternoon, emergency dentist Leeds, how may I help you?" No manners at all!

Lovey staff but they couldn't do the job I rang up for and explained over the phone he said book appointment and they will sort it but the girl dentist told me she wasn't qualified to repair my tooth but if I gave her another £50 she would send me to a man that can ....really !! So booked in at regular dentist to sort it just had to wait couple of weeks

I had an emergency appointment for an infected gum above my wisdom tooth, it was £50 for the consultation then they gave the option of cleaning for £150 or 3 days of antibiotics for £95, or no treatment at all. All I needed was antibiotics. No options other than a minimum extra cost of £95 for antibiotics on top of the consultation fee, this is their policy if you opt out of any other treatment. I paid to have my tooth deep cleaned and then they tried to charge an additional £45 for antibiotics, I asked for just the prescription which I took to boots and got it for under £10. I had no choice other than to pay for treatment since I was in a lot of pain and had already paid £50 for the appointment, but massively overpriced and they do not make any of this clear beforehand, I would avoid unless absolutely necessary.

I can’t say nothing else just thank you. Not able to get any appointments through NHS, I booked with you. Yes paid straight away 50£ but at least I knew will be seen, I guessed I will need extraction of my tooth as I struggled for a while. All my experience was very relaxed from the beginning to the end. Received guidance for my aftercare and next check up. Dentist is private and cost is reflected in the price. From previous experience cost was same as somewhere else. Really recommend especially if you are very afraid as I’m, Dr Poppy was great.

From the moment I arrived I felt at ease, the dentist and dental nurse were amazing they gave me my options for the unbearable pain in my tooth. I decided on a tooth extraction which was completed with very little discomfort and very quick and efficiently. They kept checking that I was ok throughout. This really is a 5 star service and I highly recommend.

Really impressed by my experience. Private dental care isn’t cheap, there is a shortage of dentists and most clinics including private clinics are not accepting new patients. I was really pleased to be able to get a same day appointment in this climate. My experience was of a clean and professional environment, friendly polite and efficient staff and very high quality treatment. I’d recommend them.
