   I recently booked my car into this garage to have some work done. They were able to book my car in last minute to repair what I thought was the clutch. Thankfully they rediagnosed it and fixed the spring, changed a tyre and MOTd it. The staff were very friendly and approachable, however I was disgruntled by how long it took to do the work- it ended up being a week in the garage. Recently I received this letter from the police warning me of dangerous driving close to a cyclist. I looked at the date stamp and time frame and my car was in the garage at this time. Very disappointed that they’ve been driving my car carelessly endangering cyclists.

   Helpful staff, but a very high prices. I paid £48 for a diagnostic which was not disclosed before the work was done. Be mindful of very high charges for labour costs.

   Very impressed! It’s the first time I have used this garage. Called here after discovering that my car battery was flat. Rob from the team came over in no time and charged up the battery for me. Friendly, courteous and professional service and great value for money. Will definitely be using this garage again.

   Highly recommended. Rob has been absolutely kind and helpful. My car needed tyrework and got the work completed on time. He helped me looking up a couple of mechanical issues as well while doing this and didn't charge for it. A full 5 star and more of possible for his kind hospitality. Please note that the actual location of this place is slightly down the road and it's marked incorrectly in the map.

   I took my car to the garage as it was making a terrible noise when I would drive, especially if there was any weight in the back of the car. They got it fixed with no fuss, ready for collection on the same day and helpfully explained it all so I could understand. Will use again in the future and would recommend others do. All good.

   I was booked into another garage up the road for a winter wheel swap this morning, when I arrived they weren’t there which was really frustrating. I drove past Banner Cross Garage and asked on the off chance if they had capacity to fit me in. They were waiting for parts for another car and were able to fit me in straight away, they were so lovely and I will definitely be returning for any further work or services needed.

   I took my car to this garage in a really sorry state! It needed major work on the turbo and other engine parts. Rob was really kind and took the time to explain to me what the problem was and how he was going to fix it. I had to pop back a day or two after collecting the car with another query and Rob was quick to help out again and, I felt, went above and beyond (opened up the garage especially to look at my car, on his day off) to put the problem right. He checked the car thoroughly to make sure there was nothing else to worry about and was reassuring at every point. He was polite, courteous and friendly and I would not hesitate to recommend him to family and friends - or to use him again myself, in the future.

   Rob and his team are brilliant! My partner’s car broke down on the motorway in the morning and other local garages were full for weeks but Rob managed to fit me in to look at the car on the morning it broke down and it was fixed the very next day in the afternoon. He was knowledgable, warm, and took the time to listen to my concerns and what had happened. I’ll definitely be taking mine and my partner’s car there for any issues/MOTs/services in the future and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to anyone else who needed a garage!
