   Lovely blokes, professional service, trustworthy and very reasonable rates, we needed a quick turnaround on the repair as we was going on holiday, they sorted it out promptly, we couldn't thank them enough, I would recommend to anyone with any car, they used genuine parts and they saved us a fortune on service and repairs over the main dealer, thanks again, if there was an option to give 6 stars I would have!

   Had a full service including spark plugs for my M5. Jamie also identified a coolant leak and replaced the water pump. The car is now running immaculately. If you own a German car in the Sheffield area, you need to use these guys. Jamie is very knowledgeable when it comes to BMWs. Very honest and prices a fraction of main dealer. Service history updated online and on the iDrive too.

   After typically servicing my BMW's at Stratstone over the years, I found that their quote of £420 for a BMW X5's first service at around 16k miles was STEEP to say the least. A friend recommended German Autohaus, and I received a quote for just under £200 for the same job, all to warranty spec, and all systems would be updated as they are registered with BMW to do this. Booked it in, waited only a week, dropped in at 9.30am, and was done by 1pm ish. SUPERB SERVICE. Very friendly and professional mechanics, and it seems they will go the extra mile for their customers. I am someone who likes to do things properly and look after guys, and I will be returning to German Autohaus

   We got caught out mid journey with the EPC warning light coming up on our Polo. Phoned up and the chap I spoke to said he was probably too busy to be able to quickly fix the problem, but he would run a diagnostic while I waited so at least I could see what was wrong. Five minutes later I was there, he dropped what he was doing, connected up his computer and let me know what the fault was. VERY helpful place and strongly recommended.
