Absolutely Appalling Experience – Avoid at All Costs. I’ve never encountered such rude and aggressive behavior from a receptionist in my life. From the moment I called to book, she was dismissive and clearly eager to get off the phone, constantly repeating, “I’ve sent you the price list,” without letting me ask basic questions. It felt like I was an inconvenience just for calling. When I arrived, the quoted price was completely different from what was implied over the phone. It genuinely felt like they were pulling numbers out of thin air. I initially wanted half-head highlights but changed my mind to just a toner. However, due to the receptionist's shocking attitude, I decided not to go ahead with anything. Her behavior was so aggressive, she literally snatched the cloak off me and practically shoved me out the door. I’ve paid £300+ at other salons where the results were 'good' but the service was brilliant. So before the salon suggests I wasn’t willing to pay—let me be clear: I don’t mind paying premium prices for great service. But I will never give my money to a place where I’m treated with such disrespect. Someone with that attitude should not be in customer-facing roles—especially not as the first point of contact for a salon. If this is how new customers are treated, I can’t imagine how regulars are handled. If I could leave negative stars, I would. NEVER AGAIN.
Visited for the first time this week as my husband had bought vouchers for me for Christmas after me following Artico on Instagram for years and commenting on their colours; especially the blondes. I was pleased to see a busy, impeccably clean and well-kept salon. I was a little nervous but the entire process of my visit was talked through. The girls introduced themselves and we talked through my wants and needs. They gave suggestions too based on the condition of my hair and some regrowth after having a baby. Laurel coloured my hair and understood exactly what I was after. Conversation was easy and the atmosphere in the salon was professional but chilled. Everything seemed very well-run and in hand. I felt welcome, at ease and valued the entire appointment. I can't remember the name of the stylist that cut my hair (sorry! We talked about our dogs), but she wasted no time getting to work, was honest about how much hair needed to come off for the best result (I hadn't had my hair done since November) and left my hair looking and feeling brand new. I'm incredibly pleased with not only the outcome of my colour and cut, but the experience I had. I'll definitely be back. The loyalty card is a great incentive too. Thank you all and props for running such a brilliant salon.
Had a haircut for my kid.. staffs are kind and friendly..we got delayed but the staff managed to accommodate us ..also the hair dresser advised which hair style suits my kid and how to reduce thickness as hair was too thick..thank you for beautiful hair cut ..can't wait to return

After having a bad experience at a different salon and having my hair break and fall out, I was nervous to have my hair bleached again. Laurel did my hair and I am SO happy with the result! She took care in bleaching it correctly and toning the different sections to reduce the bands. I feel happy again about the way my hair looks. Thank you! This will be my hair salon now.
I’ve been twice now and had my hair cut and styled by Joanne. Can’t recommend enough. First hair stylist I’ve found in years who listens and delivers on what I want. Lovely looking salon, massage chairs for the hair wash, and drink offered on arrival. I’ve been seen quickly on arrival and a cut and blowdry done in an hour rather than 2 which it used to take when I went to aesthetics. Will definitely be returning.
