   I like my haircut - just about. But it just felt rushed. I had a wash cut and blow dry, other salons I’ve been to tend to massage and scrub the head/scalp during the washing process, but no such thing here. The lady who cut my hair smelt of fags and I felt there wasn’t much attention to detail towards the cut (my hair was shorter than I asked for and the first snip should’ve been confirmed with me. In the end I did like it and hair grows back so it’s not worth kicking up a fuss). Hair was blow dried without using any heat protectant, no spray after styling and my curls fell out within an hour. Staff seemed very friendly to other customers but perhaps because I’m not a regular weren’t as chatty to me. I don’t see myself returning.

   I’m happy with the haircut I received – it turned out just how I wanted. However, my appointment was booked for 3 pm and I didn’t get seen until around 4:30 pm. The long wait was quite frustrating, as I’d expected things to run closer to schedule. Overall, great end result, but the timing could be improved.

   Worst experience ever ,they do not care about customers, took my mother in law who has mobility needs so went to the opposition in slade road to have a full head hair colour the lady that did her hair dyed all the skin on her forehead and side of her face and she was very rude to us about it aswel, and told me to take it off with nail varnish remover! She had to pay full price too,and she didn't even trim it, no manager avaliable to speak to ,they humiliated her! I was so embarrassed! Especiialy as i was the one that took her there thinking they would be able to do a simple hair colouring .Waste of money and time I could have done better myself at home but she wanted it professionally done but they are not professionals at all. Avoid this salon!
