   My father recently had a dental check up with dentist Dr AP. During the dental check up she was very rough and actually hurt him. He raised this with her and instead of apologising and promising to make it right, she proceeded to tell him 'you're lucky to have an appointment'. This is unprofessional and not patient focused at all. It's very sad this is the case as he used to be a dentist back home. I raise this so that her other patients do not get this level of treatment.

   Really great practice. The staff are all friendly and professional, and I’ve never had any problem getting an appointment (have to ring in the morning for emergency slots, but I’ve always been fitted in within 48hrs). Patients have their own named dentist, but over the years I’ve been seen by others for emergencies etc and they’ve all been absolutely lovely. There’s a little bit of turnover amongst the staff (both dentists and admin) but never a problem. I used to be terrified of the dentist (even as an adult) but the dentists here have worked miracles to reduce my nerves

   Brilliant dentist! In every way. So efficient and friendly. They always fit me in with emergencies. Always remind you in multiple ways of your appointments. And Alex is simply the best dentist we have ever had. So very thoughtful, brilliant at her job and at explaining and informing us, in a friendly yet professional way. My family and I hope she never leaves!

   I recently saw Ash for a filling and she did an amazing job! Ash explained the whole process from start to finish and made me feel so relaxed. I didn't feel a thing, even during the injection. She is clearly very knowledgeable and professional and I am so happy she is my dentist! Jess the nurse was equally brilliant and made sure the treatment ran smoothly, they both made such a great team!

   I have been a patient at this practice since its very early days when it was Mr Alan, then Mr Mitford came along. Tracy was also there as well and still is! It has a always been an exceptional place. And even though the dentists have changed, the care and service is still as good as it always was. The receptionists and nurses are so kind and caring. I would highly recommend this practice especially my dentist who is a truly amazing, miracle worker as far as I am concerned! Thank you all, for all you do.

   Was booked in too see the dentist in March 2020 with my daughter. Was cancelled due too covid. Understandable!! Since then they have re-booked me and my daughter 3 more appointments, but have cancelled them all with less than 24 hours notice. The latest cancellation being today, offering me another appointment for the new year! Now it's coming up up too 2 years with no visit!! Never had this problem before. Been a patient for 36 years!! Absolutely disgusting. Thanks for nothing
