Ethereal Hair & Beauty Salon have been doing my hair for quite some time now, and I wouldn't go anywhere else! The team are lovely, surroundings are lovely and my hairdresser Molly pulls it out of the bag every single time! Would highly recommend this salon, my hair has never looked better! Thank you!
I recently had a frustrating experience at this salon. I tried calling several times to book an appointment, but no one ever picked up. I then visited the salon twice when it was supposedly open according to Google, only to find it closed. When I finally encountered it open, I walked in and felt completely ignored for 20 minutes while waiting for assistance. When someone finally approached me, she asked what I wanted and then instructed another staff member to come out, but I was left waiting another 5 minutes without any acknowledgment. I felt disrespected and genuinely disappointed with how I was treated. I hope they can improve their customer service.
Fantastically friendly and helpful ladies, who went above and beyond and checked on my friend who lived nearby when I was worried about her. Proper human decency and compassion, they deserve the very best of everything. Thank you and Merry Christmas. Cannot recommend enough x
Had a great cut and blow dry here yesterday. Alexa is really friendly and down to earth. She cut my hair just as I asked. The staff are friendly and the salon is lovely. I can definitely recommend. Carmel Deakin
Charged £45 didn't colour hair properly didn't blow dry hair wet hair mess left with scan white bird discriminating discriminated as disabled lady report her to trading standards the state off my hair when left salon disgusting fraudster I will charge u £15 extra for blow drying never go back again!!
i went to this hairdresser to have some highlights they told me to do a patch test so i attended -the following day i was going to have my hair done-so having 2 days of from work to fit it all in i was not happy when i got there she told me they needed 48 hours for the patch test to work and that my hair was not strong enough for bleach and was making excuses -so i asked them to recommend something else like root colour and a cut and they were not willing to assist i have never experienced this behaviour before and was very disappointed that i did not even want to speak to the manager to complain -i have a wedding to go to next week and luckily another high st hairdresser has booked me in today to do the same for me
Appalling customer service. Got treated differently (and badly) for being a Groupon customer. A surcharge of £10 is added for a hair cut of more than an inch as they say this is a 'restyle' despite not stating this in the terms and conditions. It was a really unpleasant experience and I felt I was pushed out of the salon as soon as possible. The whole appointment including consultation, wash, cut and blow dry took a total of 20 mins for above shoulder length hair. Zoe was rude, unwelcoming and loud.
Bought voucher via Groupon for Cut & Colour. You have to book and skintest and consulation prior to booking an appointment. I found this frustrating but having had the consultation I fully understand why they take this approach, my stylist Beth took the time to fully review and understand my requirement, meaning my not suprises at me actual appointment! On to my cut and colour - I am really happy with the results, colours and finish are great and girls Beth gives the best hairwash I have had in years. So please I have already booked for and Wash and Finish. Highly recommend Beth
Do not go to this salon! What a shambles! Zoe did my wife’s hair and completely messed them up. Calls herself a hairdresser? I wouldn’t even trust her mowing the lawn. My wife’s hair were cut terribly and the colour wasn’t even put on properly! It really annoys me to think a salon can let a person leave looking like this. I am no expert but even I know that hair cut wasn’t right. I will be making further complaints. My wife also mentioned that they came across as rude and unprofessional.
Was really happy with my haircut at a reasonable price, cut and blow dry cost around £30 but my hair is quite long so it can be cheaper for shorter hair. Beth was really nice and did exactly what I'd asked of her. Would highly recommend.
