My wife booked in for a colour and cut, they said she would need to come in to see the stylist to check the colour who said it’s no problem. Then an hour later they phoned and said it’s impossible to get the right colour and cannot do it. When asked if they could just do a cut they said they couldn’t help and put the phone down. What a dreadful lot of people! Avoid at all costs!
