I’ve always trusted Jackie, she does the most gorgeous highlights and cuts and styles exactly to how I like it. I leave the salon feeling amazing every time, and is such a pleasant experience. With her advice my hair has remained in the perfect condition. Couldn’t recommend enough!

I'm super pleased, not only with the hair colouring outcome but also with detailed advice given surrounding the colouring process and aftercare! Jackie managed to create ashy tones in my super dark natural hair with minimal damage - something I had struggled with when previously colouring my hair! I have been coming to Jackie and her team for over a year after spending thousands of £ with another well know hair loss specialist. All I can say is I can highly recommend . I have turned into a bit of a gym bunny and the system copes well with my live style even through I workout and spend a lot of time outdoors in the wind and rain. Really easy to maintain as long as you follow the guidance given by Jackie. Like any hair system it does get loose but it’s about keeping your appointment which is reality is not much more than a normal salon visit. I have grown in confidence in looming after my system and can managing styling it myself ... I now my visit as a pamper day and visit the next door beauty salon as well. Guess which picture is Jackie’s work!!!!
i had a terrible experience here. which resulted in my hair being ruined. Not a phone call to ask if i was ok after having to attend hospital. Management offered free hair treatments which i declined. My first visit was with Zoe who i found great hence me booking a second app.
I would highly recommend 'blonde' Jackie and this hair salon. I went in after a terrible experience and very brassy highlights from another salon. I had low expectations of recovering my hair colour but Jackie worked wonders and I love my colour again. Thank you so much for fixing my hair and at a very reasonable price. I will definitely return to this salon.
I have been using this salon since moving to the area 12 months ago. All staff including the owner Jackie are extremely friendly and welcoming which is why I find some reviews here a little strange. I quite often arrive unsure of what I would like done......I always receive sound advice and the outcome is always better than I could imagine. My partner has now also started using the salon and I bring my little 3 year old daughter. I would have no hesitation in recommending Et Capillus to any of my friends and family.
