Aiden is fabulous. Always bring my car here. He’s probably sick of the sight of me. Always honest and never over charging.
I have received excellent service from this garage on multiple occasions. All their staff are friendly and polite. They have a large free parking area and easy access to public transport if you need to leave your vehicle with them for any reason. Update 2024, used this garage for getting my car serviced and the MOT done each year from since before they moved from the wicker. They are still excellent, polite, friendly and good value for money. Only thing which has changed in the last few years is you now need to park on the street if you drop your car off before they open, but thats not the end of the world!
I visited this garage to get a tyre fixed, but unfortunately, the experience was very poor. Despite two staff members being present, they ignored me completely and spent their time chatting with a woman about unrelated personal topics. I waited for one of them to acknowledge me and discuss the work I needed, but that never happened. It felt unprofessional and gave the impression that customer service is not a priority here. I eventually left without having anything done. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this garage.

Excellent garage. We had a bad experience elsewhere and WEC got our car sorted for a reasonable price and with excellent communication throughout. They've since done a few bits and pieces and have always given accurate quotations and got the work done quickly. Always very professional and friendly too - hard to find a good garage with an older car and I can't fault WEC!
Came here for a second opinion after another garage told us our car had a terminal engine condition (piston slap). W.e.c. said it was a rattling catalytic converter, replaced it and off we went (with no rattle)! Very friendly guys, quick turnaround and really good value.
