   David was recommened to me having struggled to find somewhere to replace a timing belt on my Fiesta Ecoboost. I received pictures and updates along the way which was reassuring and the job was completed in a timely manner. I would like thank David (and his team) for his work and insights into the job at hand. He is clearly a very knowledgeable and skilled mechanic. I will certainly use his garage again and can only extend my highest AAA+ recommendations. Thanks again. William

   Where do I start? Have been using David for over 30 years,always very honest and accommadating, old school princerbles and not much he and his team can't do.A victim of his success and that is why he is always busy.If you have tried the rest then you need to come to the best.Ask for David ( senior).

   Shocking customer service. Twice I turned up after calling and being told the times and being told I was ok to come at that time, and twice they told me they were closing and couldn't see me for a 15 minute diagnosis even though it was a minimum of half an hour before their closing times! I don't like to leave negative reviews but I was shocked because I had read good things about them but in my experience there was no helpfulness at all just rudeness. Time wasted. Reply to the response below: Wow just wow. So many assumptions and rude accusations I don't know where to begin! This is my first ever negative review and I do not take that lightly. 'Half asleep'?! What a rude assumption! I was in the middle of moving house, as I had explained on the phone, when the light came up on my dashboard. It hadn't been like that for weeks, it was new and urgent. The engine had been stuttering for a few weeks, but that goes to show how much attention was given to my initial contact made. So I had been running around with furniture and all the stress of handing in keys to landlord and then to fit the garage in too, as well as having to get cash out as they only take cash (another red flag). Although it was frustrating that they closed so early on a Saturday, I was polite and called Monday morning to see if I could come by 4.30 (anyone who works in a school knows you can't just take a day off for your car). A lady on the phone reassured me that was fine and it would be 15 mins only. I rushed and got there at 4.20pm. First I was ignored, and then when I got the man's attention he was instantly rolling his eyes and talking down to me, I felt immediately intimidated, and he was insisting I hadn't spoken to anyone on the phone, it was very confusing! 'Politely advised'?! The man barked at me, shaking his head and smirking with the other two men with him. At no point did I 'put pressure tactics' on. Who even writes like this about a customer!? I had a gut feeling about my car and was desperate for help. Well, the engine shut down on me the next morning on the M1 and thank goodness I was safe. I can only think how things would have gone if only they had been accommodating and not in such a rush to pack up and go home, and in hindsight I wish I had gone to another garage that Saturday instead as I now wouldn't feel safe leaving my car with these people. The fact that the owner has gone into this length to slag me off absolutely confirms this is not the place to take your business. Steer well clear.

   Don't know what's wrong with this company, but they've tried to find a reason not to fix our car. They even suggested the car may not be worth fixing:D I've provided them with specyfic fault (codes etc...) and just requested one part to be replaced.. easy job it would seem - but not here! Car has been fixed in another garage (£87) and runs perfectly since then.
