Great barbers , manage to squeeze me in even though they are always so busy me and the two boys have been using this place for a couple of years .the service is always top notch 5*
I've been getting my haircut at Estilo Barbers since i moved to the Midlands 10 years ago. In this time i have had my hair cut by all members of staff and to a high standard. I recently actually got a hair transplant which makes skin fades very difficult but they always do an exceptional job. I drive from Nuneaton to Solihull just to get a haircut at Estilo so i think that itself speaks volumes.
I don’t usually write reviews, but this experience was so unprofessional that I feel people should know. While I was getting my haircut, a female member of staff was just sitting on the sofa in the shop, clearly listening in on the private conversation I was having with my barber. Out of nowhere, she suddenly asked me: “Was you bullied as a kid?” Completely inappropriate and downright rude. I was stunned that someone working in a supposed place of business would think that was an acceptable thing to say to a customer. To make it worse, right after making that comment she immediately got up and left the shop, without so much as an apology or explanation. I came in for a haircut, not to be disrespected and insulted by staff eavesdropping on my conversation. The whole experience was uncomfortable, unprofessional, and embarrassing. I will not be returning — and I strongly suggest others avoid this place if they expect even a basic level of respect.
Previously seen Ethan always had great service and a great cut. Unfortunately, saw a different barber and had a completely different experience. Walked out with an expensive terrible cut. Drove straight to another barber’s to have the mess fixed and found out that why he told me I couldn’t have the cut I asked for was a load of rubbish. Been a customer for 5 years, will not return.

You can get a great cut here. I always get mine and my sons haircuts done and they are always helpful & accommodating. You now need to book your slot though so worth calling in the morning, they do take walk ins but only depending on if all their slots have been taken or not.
I have used many barbers over the years to try and find one that I felt relaxed in and provided a great service - and none do this more so than Estilo. Really great shop, really nice team and really great hair cuts. I have a disability so can find going to get my haircut difficult but they look after me so well. They also cut my 3 year olds hair and I never thought a kid could get so excited about having his haircut - he loves it there! Would thoroughly reccomend
HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! Brilliant team, first class service and would definitely recommend. Covid 19 safe, even took my temperature before I entered the shop. Felt really safe. Ethan always but my hair and does a brilliant job every time.
Have been taking my son to Estilo’s for a long time. I love the relaxed atmosphere, free parking outside, and the reasonable price. Paul has a lovely friendly team working for him. Would recommend him.
