   Considering it's my first time, Absolute disgusting service. Owner with tattos have zero clue and knowledge of customer service and barbing. Waste of £20 and will never recommend my enemy to come here. A very terrible experience

   He started good when i first started going to him i recommend 5 customers but over time he started getting lazy with the cuts and his quality fell off I’ve noticed that he has been pushing my shape up back over time aswell which has caused my forehead to look bigger than it is which gives me an unappealing look and I am not happy with it this means I will now have to regrow my shape up for a long period of time to grow the hair back and get it redone somewhere else

   Shame I can only give this place 1 star. There are some seriously bad barbers in Erdington but this place beats them all. I literally left the place battered and actually bleeding. Avoid at all costs not only did the man give me the worst head shave and beard trim of my life he actually attacked my head like he was fighting it. I had cuts that deep they wouldn't stop bleeding. Halfway through he simply couldn't be bothered and just scraped my face with a blunt blade. Not an inclusive place. Even the barbers that are drug fronts are better then this one.

   I have been to this barber twice this year, the first time was an above average experience ,nice cut but charge a £1 to use debit card machine, really??? Its the THIRD time that made me think this is not for me , i was ushered to a seat in the middle by some barber who was muttering to him self and basically cursing , i ignored it as it wasn't about me but just found it annoying. All through my haircut this yardie, YES I SAID IT is muttering and cursing at whoever , anyway after the haircut I went to pay him with a £20 note the haircut being £15 , he took the £20 and then stared me down like to say what you waiting for, well im waiting for my £5 change , he just nod his head at me, I though its not worth causing drama for a fiver my younger and wilder self would of loved him to do that again. I cant believe in this day and age our Black brothers are still acting like this. Luckily I have found another barber who talks and treats his customers with respect.

   Been going here for 2 years and never looked back. Very chilled atmosphere and Ziggi does the best fades I ever had. I'll still be coming here even if I move out of Erdington. Whole heartedly recommend!

   Really good barbers, polite friendly and funny guys. Ive been going here for a few years now and they have grown alot. They treat you like family and can fulfill any style you desire. just recently they have made accomodation for braiding too. Prices are fair and they cater for all ages, men, women and children. I would highly recommend them. In terms of hygiene they are professional and leave you with a clean cut EVERYTIME. I have intoduced a few friends to them and they are all pleased with their trims. Shout out to Ziggy and Courtney!!!
