   I went in and asked for a balayage and the lady said that she could do it when I asked her 3 times. She gave me really poor highlights which are not even in any way and cut my hair without sectioning it off - she cut straight across my hair and didn’t thin it out either. My hair is now ruined and I am going to be going elsewhere for any hair colouring or cutting. The lady was absolutely lovely I just don’t know if she was trained very well? If customer asks for something you should be 100% clear as to what that customer wants rather than doing something completely different. £70 wasted. Would not recommend.

   Fantastic little find- just off Erdington high street. Found all the staff very friendly and accommodating. The stylist cut my hair into a short sleek bob was incredibly happy with the finished cut. I would highly recommend this excellent salon to females and gents alike- service and styling were of a top quality! A big thank you to all the staff, I will definitely be returning for a top up cut- 10 out of 10 from me!

   wonderful place. on Tuesdays and Wednesdays a wet haircut is only £ 10. the girl cut me beautifully in 20 minutes. in other places it took almost an hour. and more expensive.

   Awful hairdresser, i asked for a colour change, the new colour did not sure up as the lady went for a dark shade on my black hair, she did not use the toner correctly, she was very stressed about her personal life, i went back to ask for more colour and highlights, on the day of my booking they called me and said they are unable to add more highlights to my hair!! I was very disappointed they let me down!! Very very poor customer service and hair service!!!

   This is the only place I will go to for a hair cut! The stylist I use is very friendly and always cuts my hair exactly how I ask! While it is best to book an appointment they do accept walk ins and usually as a walk in you don't have to wait too long. All the staff are friendly and inviting and they cater to both men and women. Their prices are very reasonable and there is never any pressure to tip! There is parking allowed on the street, but because of the location you have to get there early as it's a popular spot.
