    I had a nightmare experience and awful service. I went there in order to have a new full hair colouring and the results were awful. All I got was a route touch and highlights which I did not even request. The final outcome was that my hair had a mix of colours including orange, blond and black. The colouring stained the skin on my head and ears. When she started to blow dry I had to leave the appointment before completion as it was getting worse. I ended up paying half price but should not have paid anything.
