   My mom had got her hair done from here we had asked for chocolate brown and had told her multiple times she had ignored our request and had made the hair too light. We then asked her to fix it the next day as the hair was horrendous. Whilst fixing the hair she had told my mom to wash the colour of at home but why take money and not complete a service as well as ignore a customers request. Would not recommend this place.

   Needed hair and make up for around 1pm, asked for deposit which i provided and then tells me shes going drayton manor and i need to bring my girls in for 9.30am. Having already paid a deposit went ahead although it was way to early for hair and make up. Showed her a photo of how i wanted my youngest daughters hair. She did her own thing. At around 12 noon her hair looked like nothing had been done. I then spent an hour with a curling wand curling it myself. My eldest daughters hair wasnt done according to the style we wanted.paid her in full and as soon as i got home, 5mins away noticed inner lashes were not even attached. Started to ring n message her and she replied sorry ive left. Now instead of getting ready for the wedding im running around to shops trying to get eye lash glue. Rung her the next day and sent her images of how the eye lashes werent attached and how my daughters hairstyle didnt even hold. Sent her this on whatsapp. Rung her and she said sorry u left happy n refused to agree on a refund. Offered £5 refund which i consider and insult. Wouldnt recommend. Especially with that attitude.
