These guys were legends, after I broke my tooth earlier today and I rang them atb4pm and was sat in the chair 45 minutes later. The team were all lovely, put my obvious nerves at ease. Wi definatley been using them again...thanks guys x

Have just finished my teeth straightening treatment, it’s been so easy with weekly scans you do at home and then change onto the next set of aligners. It’s taken 15 months but has been worth it and you’re supported all the way. The staff have been brilliant and help in anyway they can.
My husband and I had our first appointment today at Indigo Dental Practice on Dixon Lane. The receptionist was very friendly and welcoming and the waiting area was nice and relaxing. Our appointments were both on time, the dental assistant was friendly and welcoming, as were the dentist. She was amazing, very calm and gentle, and also explained everything from start to finish. We would without a doubt recommend this practice! Thank you very much!
a) My first impression of the practice was a professional welcome from reception. b) The team was very caring- and they explained the treatment very well and gave me the assurance of the best outcome of the service. c) This experience is high above the rest of the places l have ever been when compared to other dental experiences. Because of that, I have cancelled my direct debit with another dental service. l was going to start with them next week. I am going to register with Indigo on a monthly payments plant. d) l am going to recommend my wife and son to register with Indigo and other colleagues.
I have been a patient at this practice for approximately two years and I highly recommend it to anyone seeking dental treatment. On my first visit there I was welcomed by Alison the receptionist with a friendly and polite greeting. The dental surgeon knowing I was a little nervous was very considerate to my needs and took the time to explain my treatment in depth and I left feeling as if she genuinely cared. I have in the past visited other dental surgeries but I have never felt as comfortable as I do at Indigo dental practice. Very happy with the treatment I received.
Have recently visited the team for my first check up appointment after covid. It was lovely to be welcomed back like I’d never been away. Alison is lovely, I forgot to ask for a prescription for certain toothpaste and she sorted it out in a flash. From the minute you walk in the door you’re met with smiling welcoming faces. Everyone is friendly, receptionists, dentists, hygienists, assistants, all of them. I would recommend in an instant.

Dr Sana made sure to listen very carefully to all my concerns and issues regarding my teeth and subsequently addressed every single one of my issues with her specifically-tailored treatment plan for me.
