Really happy with the repair to my bumper, I was expecting a slight colour difference to the paint but you cannot tell at all. Also good to know it has a guarantee should this be needed. The process was really quick and the staff friendly and helpful. They even gave me a lift back to my car when I dropped off the hire car which was really appreciated 8903

Prior to the scheduled repair, they provided us with a courtesy Corsa car delivered to our work place. The repairs were completed ahead of the expected timeline, and the car was returned to our workplace with the Corsa collected. Had my car referred to Alton Cars in Barnsley buy my insurance company after a car ran into my driver’s door A nice guy called Peter very professional came and picked it up and returned it 11 days latter looking like new. Customer service was great keeping me up to date with everything going on. Cannot thank all the staff enough for getting it sorted.
Someone went into me so I had to go through insurance and they choose Alton. Managed to book car in for two months later, told them they could have it for two weeks as I was on holiday. rang me on holiday and told me they would need it an extra month, I said no way I need it when I get home. They agreed to have it back to me for my return. Rang me at airport to say they would bring it back the following day! I was due back at work the following day so had to have a day off. Shocking service especially when I know a guy local to me who would have done it in a day.
Alton Cars just looked after my car after it was crashed into whilst parked up. I have to say that they did an excellent job. The car looks as good as new and the staff were extremely helpful. I would definitely recommend them.
My van has been sent here after Keighley branch caused more damage to my van than it went in with over 20 days of having it for a light scratch (see Keighley branch review for pics). I have received my van back from Barnsley branch better but far from right still. There is a chip and scratch in the new paint that has been touched up badly, orange peel finish still in the paint, 3-4 inch run in the new bumper they had to fit and bits in the paint, some of which had been flattened but not buffed so is dull. I have tried to get this resolved but I am now being ignored so am now resorting to go down the legal route for damages and loss of earnings
