   Second disappointing visit. My appointment had been forgotten and I was made to feel a little unwelcome even though it was their error. I was left half way through to deal with another customer. My hair cut was rushed, the blow dry was awful and to top it all I was charged more than my last visit. I left frustrated but gave them the benefit of the doubt. Trying to style my hair since the visit has been a nightmare for me…. The cut is awful and now I’m going to have to find a good cutter, pay again to rectify the style. Won’t go back!!!!

   Fist time I went,fabulous,styler,s name was Jo,please Jo if you read this try to contact me so I can know where you work now,today was the second time and it was a horrible experience.Fistable,they didnt tell me that Jo was not working there anymore,although when I booked I told them that I wanted her,until I was in the chair.Second,the girl that did my hair was just horrendous,spattered tint in my eyes in my finger,in my trousers,and still had the nerve to tell ME to be careful.I went into the salon with grey hairs,and left with grey hairs.She put a clock to time the exposure to the tint but forgot to put it to work,no that the place was busy,I was the only client there,and finally they charge an extra pound for covid.Hahahha for what? Not for cleaning the place surely because it was filthy.Awful,never again.

   For 25 years I used a city centre top notch hairdresser. tired of paying through the nose a friend recommended Kerry at Illusions. she cut my hair just as well as my expensive hairdresser in half the time and at half the cost. She listened to what I wanted and did exactly as I asked. about to go for my 4th visit and looking forward to it.
