   Bought 2 kitchen from mold, first one I could of measured better with my wellies, 2nd one was delivered without the door hinges, £140 later I had some, had a price for a kitchen this year and we had a cheaper quote from a different company by £900, only to be offered to match the price. (Didn't go with it) Won't bother with Howdens again sorry Ever

   Good customer service and plenty of support at first. Gave 5 stars. Edit after 3 kitchens I am now probably not likely to ever want to deal with them again. From a brilliant start to a dismal delivery of 3 incomplete kitchens having to adjust almost every part of each of the designs which only a few of the staff could help with for the drawings after repeated conversations with original designer who doesn't have a clue. Having to run around for missing parts, having parts that were never asked for delivered and having to return them myself to get credited. I would not recommend them at all I have now found a new supplier who can make anything bespoke with better product and finish for less money with a lot less stress.
