An unqualified doctor handled my mother’s emergency appointment and completely ignored her medical history. They provided the wrong treatment, which made her condition worse. I had to book another appointment the same day, and because the initial mistake caused further complications, I had to book a third time. Unfortunately, due to limited availability, I was advised to return to the same place. Once I was finally booked in, they cancelled the appointment without informing the NHS.
Was sent here by NHS 111, they took the money, looked at my tooth and said I need to see a specialist, they left me to go home with no solution to the pain problem. I called 111 back who advised I should have a referral code to check the status of the referral. The dentist had not sent the referral through yet and said it would likely take a week for this to happen. The call handler on 111 agreed that there is no reason for them to wait a week and the referral should have been made right away. If NHS 111 send you here with tooth pain, ask for a different practice or you’ll find yourself still in pain and £30 worse off.
Had to get a tooth dressed and temp filled so I can get a root canal, I was incredibly anxious due to past experiences and it was an emergency 111 appointment. Dr Huraira was really brilliant thank you, he addressed all my concerns and was very friendly.
I got a 111 emergency appointment here and the care and treatment were superb.I can't praise them highly enough and both the dentist and nurse Astrid really put me at ease
Went down today and had an amazing experience, Poppy and Laxcha took their time and were very gentle with me, every time I asked to stop they would and let me take my break so thank you to them, would definitely recommend.
Would give 10 stars if I could, Dr siddique is the best dentist I've come across in year, my son had a tooth infection and the care he was given was outstanding he removed his teeth and when he started feeling very ill it was not a problem getting back into see him within a couple of hours, he kept in contact to see his progress all hours of the night, Couldn't of asked for a more professional or caring dentist.
Brilliant dentist. I had a bad experience with another so was very nervous about going but the staff were excellent. Listened to what i needed doing and were very patient with me.
All the staff have been very helpful from booking appointments to having my treatment. The dentists have always taken time to explain things throughly and made sure I understood what was going on. Would definitely recommend!!!
I'm having a hard time giving even one star here. The so called "dentist" is the most arrogant, passive and unprofessional "professional" (the term he uses to refer to himself as) dentist I've ever come across. My daughter needs braces, it's quite obvious she does although the "dentist" has refused to refer her to an orthodontics despite having multiple check-ups to initiate this referral. He's said that she'd need a filling which we agreed to and the same thing has been happening on repeat. Every time I try to ask about her need for a referral he changes the subject and the matter is left undiscussed despite being the purpose of our visit. My daughter has been upset about the appearance of her teeth and it is starting to affect her confidence. The dentist is very rude and ignored my requests on many occasions, his nature is such that he does not like to be questioned, nor does he like to discuss your treatment options with you - as mentioned, he proceeded to do a filling on my daughter without any prior discussion. When asked about what exactly he was going to do he got angry. He acts and speak as if he is doing me a favour, I have right to ask about my daughters treatment and ask questions. He's clearly very intimated by even the slightest questioning. Makes you wonder whether he even qualified to be doing his job. He's clearly not confident enough in himself so how can I feel confident in his treatment advice.
