   This practice has really gone downhill. I’ve phoned around five times over the past few weeks after seeing an emergency dentist for an infection around my wisdom tooth. The emergency dentist told me I’d need gum surgery and to contact my regular dentist for a referral. Every time I’ve called, I’ve been told different things by the receptionists, from “staff issues” to “call back next week” and I haven’t even been able to book an appointment. It’s been several weeks now, and despite explaining that I’m still in pain and need to get this sorted, they’ve been completely unhelpful. It’s incredibly frustrating to keep getting passed around when this is an ongoing issue that needs attention. The communication and organisation have become really poor, which is disappointing because the care used to be excellent. I have been a patient at this dentist for about 15 years, I used to be treated by Dr Jodie Brown, and her care was always amazing . During my checkups today, the dentist literally spends less than a minute looking in my mouth , no proper examination, no advice, nothing — yet still charges full price. It feels like they just want to take your money rather than actually care for patients. It’s such a shame to see how much the practice has gone downhill since then.
