   The alignment is perfect, and the car now drives like new. The service was excellent, though I did notice a small oily smudge on the interior handle when I entered the vehicle. It was not a significant issue, but it would have been preferable to find the interior completely clean.

   Visited this garage by chance following a breakdown on the way back from the airport. I knew quickfit was open on Sundays and our breakdown cover only included local recovery. We had our car moved close to this garage in the early hours of the morning, planning to return when they opened at 10 the next day. I wasn’t able to get through on the phone but managed to book the tyre replacement online. We arrived (after very little sleep) and we were greeted by the manager who explained that they had a power cut and so were unable to fulfil appointments (hence the reason I was unable to make contact by phoning). Potentially this could have been a disaster as we had travelled 20 miles to retrieve the car and at that stage I was feeling a bit like everything that could go wrong was! However… I was blown away with the helpfulness of the team. They inspected the tyre, made a attempt to change but were unable to without power.. Ahmet, the manager, listened to our situation and offered various solutions including taking the wheel and tyre to another branch to fit and then return to replace the wheel. He removed the wheel and gave us the new tyre, as we were happy to drice these to the nearby branch… on arrival, the other branch said they were really busy and it would take a few hours. I rang to let Ahmet know, as he had given me his mobile number, that we would be returning later than planned. 30 minutes later he rang me back to tell me to meet him back at his garage as he had driven over to fit the tyre himself!! He was helpful, courteous and kind. Under the circumstances, it would have been understandable if he was unable to help, however he went above and beyond to get us back on the road quickly. If this garage was local to me, it is the only one I would use from now on…it’s so rare to get this level of service. It was a real breath of fresh air to feel like someone was actually trying to help me. Great job.

   Telephoned this morning to ask advice re tyre caps and valve stems. Popped down 5 mins later and the guys couldn’t be more accommodating. How rude of me, i didn’t get the name of the guy who worked on tyres. But he was fab! Within 10ish minutes had sorted out the problem and wait for it ……. no charge (ie on the house). You don’t get better service than that anywhere. Thank you very much : )
