Can't actually comment on the quality of the dental care, I am sure they are great. Their website says they are taking NHS patients but when called to enquire about registration or waiting lists they told me that they don't accept NHS patients or have any waiting list for them.

Useless. Gave me an abscess twice and had a filling that came out two days later. Last time I went, I asked if my account had anything to pay - staff said no. So I left. Three months later I receive a letter saying they have struck me off for an outstanding amount of 20-odd quid!

Utterly appalling dentists who very plainly lack both competence, professionalism and care, despite their name. My son had cause to go to the dental hospital where he was told he needed an extraction and three fillings, by a dentist who had not even yet looked at his x-rays. Despite having had x-rays and 3 visits to Headingly Dental 'Care' in the few preceding weeks to this dental hospital emergency appointment, my son had no idea he needed any fillings at all. Headingly dental care had neither advised or even mentioned them. It also became apparent that the tooth the dental hospital are now about to remove, showed up as needing a filling in x-rays that Headingly Dental 'Care' had themselves taken in previous years. Yet Headingly Dental Care missed or ignored that too. Had my son received competent dental care since he joined Headingly Dental care, yrs ago, his tooth would have no need of extraction now. Further, having visited this appalling dentist alongside my son for his final three visits with them, as well as his hospital appointment, I can categorically state that I have never in 55 yrs experienced such a huge lack of empathy , compassion and care from staff in such an environment. Seriously, we were alone in rooms with staff who didn't so much as say hello or smile or reassure in any way. I don't blame them , I blame their plainly very poor training and the very obviously incredibly low expectations and slap dash , care free attitude of their employers. Not even instructing staff to politely greet patients. The decor reeks of slap dash too , a quick white wash , wonky signs and old yellow plastic equipment. All the awful decor could be easily forgiven if the care patients receive is good. Sadly the decor reflects the no care attitude of this business. Certainly nothing about the staff and environment suggested to me any motivation to provide a good level of care. Lastly , if what you want is to receive good ongoing preventative and competent care, then I would advise you avoid this carefree slap dash dentists entirely.

Finally been seen by my dentist after 3 months wait and 3 cancelled/ rescheduled appointments. One due to the dentist wanting annual leave the day I was booked in, no2 no dentist available the day I was booked in, 3 an emergency appointment taking my booked appointment. The customer service hasn’t been great and I was late for work as after the dentist first appointment of the day which organically was mine time slot ran over by quite some time.

After a nasty drunken fall and half a tooth missing, these guys got me in ridiculously quickly and stopped me looking like Lloyd Christmas. Can't thank everyone enough for helping me out! Legends

My experience at Headingley dental care were amazing and i felt warm and welcome down to reception team and everyone who i saw and spoke to everyone was very helpful. I had a root treatment from Dr Stow and he made me feel at ease through out the appointment. He talked me through each stage of the treatment and the reasons why always making sure my well-being was at heart, always asking if i was ok or if i felt pain. I couldn't fault my experience here at this practice. Thank you for getting me out of pain.

The staff were warm and welcoming and the setting is well presented with a spacious feel. The receptionist Rebecca was fabulous and so helpful and this helpful approach was underpinned by the practice manager who spoke with authority on various dental topics. My wife saw the dentist Kim who very approachable and friendly making the whole experience pleasant. Well done you guys and gals! Regards William Wallace

I have neglected my teeth for quite some time and needless to say I was extremely nervous to finally go for a check up after numerous years. I had absolutely no need to be nervous at all, Heather and her dental nurse Megan have been extremely polite, professional and welcoming throughout the 4 trips I have made in the last month to get everything I needed sorted. I have felt absolutely no pain during treatment with Heather always making sure my mouth was completely numb and topping up the local anaesthetic if required. Previous reviews for this dental practice refer to the previous staff working there, please do yourself a favour and give the new team a try, they have restored my faith in dentistry after some nasty childhood experiences.
