After having my hair coloured and styled several times at the hair shop I would not go anywhere else. The atmosphere there is second to none. Staff are very friendly and very skilled. The best part is that they listen to you. This is very important to me. I love my new hairstyle and the colour. I would highly recommend.
I am not very happy at all, very disappointed with my hair cut, some how was left with a huge gap in my hair not finished it off prperly at back either, felt very rushed, it's a proper botched job by someone I thought is a professional hairdresser, I feel like it was hidden by carling my hair so I didn't see it till a day later when I washed and then dried my own hair, when I straighten it noticed it even more, tried to style it but not having much luck, not my first time having shot hair either, will not recommend this place will not be going back
Review for the Hair shop I have been coming to the hair shop for at least 15 years and I can thoroughly recommend it. I have had my hair done by the lovely Jane and now Lauren. Lauren is warm, friendly and welcoming every time I go in, she always listens to what I want done with my hair and will go through with me any new colours or styles in a professional and informative way , she gives great advice and recommendations for hair products. She has many loyal customers and is a great hairdresser - I would and do recommend her to anyone - but don’t want her to get too busy she can’t see me! I have been going to the Hair Shop for about 5 years now, Lauren has been my hairdresser since i started going there, and i trust her completely we have changed my style from long to short, she has helped me get my hair back in great conditioner, and we have found a toner that i love on my hair. Jane and Charlotte helped me sort all my wedding hair last summer and on the day Charlotte even came to the venue to do 6 of the wedding parties hair, which were all amazing. Nothing is ever to much trouble i wouldn't go anywhere else and the atmosphere is always so relaxing and friendly in the shop.
I cannot explain how pleased I am with the service, the etiquette and the experience of this salon. I had popped in randomly, they fit me in for toner blowdry and cut, and I was tended to by a lovely lady (I did not manage to catch her name sorry). However although this salon is over 30mins out of the way for me, I definitely will be making trips. It is so hard to find a salon that ticks all the boxes for you, such great efficiency! Well done girls❤️. I left feeling beautiful!
Really disappointed with my haircut here! My fringe is all a different length and so is the rest of my hair. They cut it so quick and made a mess. I wouldn’t recommend this place at all.
I dont have words to express my happiness. After a horrible experience from another hair salon im went to the hair shop and they treated me very well. Especially Charlot and Jody. Their hands played magic on my hair. I came out from the shop as a different person. Thank you very much for your work. It was amazing experience for me . Charlot i couldnt thank you enough to make me this happy. I send my poc to my friends and they loved my new hair style. Its because of you. Very professional, kind and approachable. My daughter who has Sens Needs, was booked an appointment with Charlotte who was truly amazing with her, She knew just how to deal with my Daughter and how to help her, and the whole experience was fantastic, I cannot thank her and the Hair shop enough and we will definitely be using them again
