As well as being so patient, Yvonne was extremely courteous, and provided me with a variety of styles of boots to consider. I am very happy with my purchase and I thank Yvonne for her trusted knowledge on Ecco Shoes/Boots.

   I purchased a pair of leather sneakers and there was problems paying by card. The same card was working just fine elsewhere throughout the same day. After trying multiple times it seemed like the machine finally charged my card but the cashier told me that it did not go through. I asked if he was sure and he assured me straight to my face that my card wasn't charged. He told me to go out to get cash from an atm all the way on the other side of the mall so I did. Later I noticed that my card had in fact been charged so I had paid for the sneakers twice. I contacted customer service as I don't live nearby and never received any reply. I would call that a scam!

   Two male staff members in the store were extremely rude and made me feel genuinely unsafe. Their tone was aggressive, and their attitude was completely unprofessional. It was an uncomfortable and unsettling experience — I won’t be returning.

   I’ve always loved Ecco shoes and own several pairs — the quality and comfort are excellent. But my recent visit to this store left me really disappointed. The staff were completely uninterested and made no effort to help. When I asked for assistance, they gave short, unhelpful answers and seemed annoyed that I was even asking. It felt like they didn’t care at all about the customer experience. I expected so much better from Ecco. Sadly, I won’t be returning to this location.
