First time in the area, had Carlos work on my hair and beard. I've never had someone pay so much attention and care to my beard and hair. I came out feeling clean and refreshed. Prices are reasonable compared to other companies locally. I will be returning!

A shockingly bad place full of entitled and rude OAPs or nearing ... most of which very clearly have no professional hairdressing qualifications whatsoever! ... my advice "go elsewhere!" professional barbers are everywhere these days, you just don't have to put up with their rude nonsense and appalling hair chopping! ...
Could of had a better experience than I normally do at buddies as I’ve recently been and the lady cutting my hair lovely and had a good sense of humour, as for cutting hair I asked for a skin fade on the sides&back and the dead ends cut off of the top, all was well on the top of my head but as she was using the clippers on the sides she was being very rough, almost digging the clippers into my skull like a drill, at some point it almost felt like she cut the skin. I had to deal with this for around 4-6 minutes before her finishing my hair and leaving charging me £9.50 to eventually go home and see what she had done to the back of my head. No disrespect to anyone else there as I could tell the lady that cut my hair was either new or hadn’t worked there in a long time as I’ve never seen her in the 9-12 months I’ve been getting my hair cut there.

If you want a proper haircut buddies is NO 1
This is my longest standing relationship with any shop / service provider that I have, by a long way. I have been going to buddies for about 25 years, in that time we have moved house 3 times and have barbers who are much closer to home, but I still prefer to travel to buddies. I always get the haircut I want, without any fuss, the staff are always friendly and you can have a proper conversation with them as they really get to know their customers. Long may the great service continue
