Visited Julia’s Scissors for a bob trim of half an inch and had quite a dramatic restyle, I think there were potentially crossed wires as I wanted my existing layer and fringe trimmed by the same amount and a layer was cut in the same length as my fringe which is quite a bit shorter than I had in mind.
What a wonderful salon, with truly empathetic, kind stylists but also compassionate consultations for my greying hair and colour selection. Highly recommend!
I visited the salon on Tuesday, first time customer with Julia. I asked only for a trim, half an inch taken off. I couldn’t quite see as once I took off my glasses, I was a bit blind but I did feel there was a lot of cutting. I ended up with layers around my face and my fringe widened. I came home feeling my hair had been cut into a lot. I’ve washed it again and I feel annoyed that the shape of my hair has been changed. When I’ve gone to salons and simply asked for a trim, that’s what I’ve been given. Disappointed as now I need to grow it again. I had layers round my face 15 years ago! If the person cutting is making changes, they should speak to the client not be scissor happy!
Been here a couple times for a wet cut and have always been satisfied with the results. Naz was lovely, listened to what I wanted and quite experienced, she and the team were very friendly aswell. Will be coming back in the future and would highly recommend. Thank you! :D
