   Great experience in store today, helped by a wonderful assistant in a quest to find some jeans, who then served me on the till! Super friendly and went above and beyond - 10/10! My receipt says Mia, so shout out to her!

   A very disappointing visit in this store today. It’s Friday lunch time and many are stuck in a queue with only one person on the till. Bless her she did the best she could. Nobody came to help her even though there were many staff members floating around. Customers left their stuff at the queue because of how ridiculous it was and how long we had to wait. That’s not the way to make money

If want a.good place to spend your money and be proud of it, then you will find it there. One thing to bear in mind, though, is tightening your frugal spending seat belt to avoid buying stuff way outside your budget.

   Very bad and poor customer service, proper information is not provided. Each and every cloth in store is messed up. The staff just drags the clothes from one end to another while shifting the clothes. So much rush behaviour between staff. They start closing at 4:30 itself as the time for closing is 5:30. Staff argues to much with the customer and the trial room is closed by 4:30 which is not appropriate. Trial room is closed with the obstacle of potable clothes hanger which is very annoying. If customer wants to go in he needs to bend and move in through that stack of clothes hanger. Staff is always in hurry to close the store from 4:30 itself. Very disappointing behaviour with customer is provided by staff.

   I purchased sale dress. Paid for it and then were told Exchange Only. Said I didn't want it then because I hadn't tried it on. Cashier said not possible and that the terms and conditions are printed on receipt. I said you haven't given me it yet. Cashier didn't want to know. Home now and dress does not fit Hadn't been in store for 5 years and very upset. DON'T BUY SALE GOODS IN THIS STORE.

   My daughter bought a dress paid by card. She noticed they charged her £2 more than tag was still in shop. Went back to till. Instead of just refunding her £2. They decided have to refund whole amount then resell at correct price. This for means for 3 days they have new amount and old amount out of her bank. She had to transfer from her savings to cover it. Very poor service. If paid cash would just refunded £2. Why should she be penalised financially because your error. Poor
