   Zaynah is a fantastic stylist! I'm a celebrant so need my hair to look good for special occasions. ELa Studios is always my first choice for styling on the day of a ceremony. Zaynah is a skilled stylist and always gives me a fabulous hairdo. She even went to the trouble of searching the High St shops for white hairgrips to match my hair! Highly recommended.

   Got my ears pierced here with my sister, extremely affordable compared to other places. Comes with cleaning solution and the stud. Piercing was quick and painless. Accidentally overpaid and the owner contacted us to let us know. Very honest and kind will be coming back!

   I had 2 pairs of piercings in my ears, a nose piercing done and haircut. Horrible my nose piercing is way too high I can't even get gold piercing. She cut my hair carelessly and it was uneven. My ear piercing are completely in the wrong place and didn't give me a second to check myself. I told her my marking for my nose piercing was too high she said it wasn't. She was wrong. Never again.

   Love this place, great prices and always manages to fit me in. Have been using this place for waxing and threading for quite some time now. Love chatting to the owner - always appreciate her honesty and she never minds if I bring my kids with me. I never go anywhere else.

   Terrible customer service. I went to their shop when it was on ladypool road a while back. I always get my face threaded but they forced me to have it waxed instead. I agreed and the girl who did it waxed the same spot over and over again which lead to a huge graze on my face which didn't go down for two weeks. I actually cried when I woke up the next day to see how bad it was. No refund or apology, just to keep a cold flanel on it every night. I never went back again and I strongly advise you don't visit. They are very rude and only care about getting through customers quickly.
