   The lady that cut my daughters hair (11 years) really listen to her and spoke to about her hair and what she would doing with it. My daughter said she wanted it straight, I responded but I thought you were plaiting it later to make it wavy. The hairdresser offered to plait it. My daughter was delighted and would like to go to her again.
