   I went into Phase 2 today to have my hair coloured. I’m going from box dye red to a lighter brown with highlights. Ruth was amazing! She explained it would take a few sittings and was honest about the process. She talked me through my options and gave me recommendations on what she felt would work best. She listened to what I wanted and explained every process to me as she was going. She made me feel listened to and was honest with me about my choices. I felt incredibly comfortable and left feeling so happy with my hair. She was warm and friendly and made me feel so welcome. I’ve booked back in to add some highlights and I’m looking forward to going back. Heidi was also really lovely and friendly as soon as I walked into the salon. Thank you all for a lovely experience!

   Another day feeling great thanks Ruth for doing my hair making me feel great talking me through everything thing you do, I have been going to Ruth for way over 10yrs and my hair was in such a bad way when I first went now my hair is so healthy and looks amazing can’t thank you enough Ruth always going over and above nothing is ever too much.    I have been a client at Phase 2 for many years. My stylist, Ruth, always goes above and beyond and makes sure that I always leave the salon happy. Ruth always spends time listening to what I want and nothing is too much trouble. If you want a stylist that is professional, highly skilled and an amazingly kind person I recommend Ruth.

   I visited this salon yesterday for a cut and blow dry. The girl who washed my hair was amazing. The head massage she gave while conditioning my hair nearly sent me to sleep. Jodie cut my hair for me, I’m so so happy with it! I’ve needed a proper hair cut for a long time and she cut my hair beautifully. Very friendly lady too. Will definitely become a regular at this salon.

   Lovely professional salon, very clean, you don't get soaked when your hair is washed either which is a bonus becaude there is nothing worse than having wayer running down your neck. Gtest colour and cut from Lee. Highly recommended.

   I came here to chop off all my hair to donate it, all the girls were very nice and sweet and understanding and helped me with the whole hair donation process and ponytailed my hair how the regulations state. All the girls were very polite and I was offered a drink as soon as I sat down. The hair style I chose was a big change for me and they helped calm me down and made sure to keep me as comfortable as possible. Jackie styled my new pixie cut and did an amazing job! This will become my new permanent hair dressers.
