   The level of service at JD Woking is unacceptable. Staff were openly rude, dismissive, and showed a complete lack of professionalism. This visit was particularly poor, but it reflects a consistent pattern—every previous experience I’ve had at this store has been marked by bad service. There appears to be no regard for basic customer standards. I left feeling genuinely disgusted by the attitude of the employees. I would strongly advise management to address this, as I will not be returning and cannot recommend this store under any circumstances

   The staff at Woking branch are honestly the most helpful, friendly and professional I have seen in most other shops. I have needed a few specific things recently and the ladies who dealt with my needs were all extremely helpful and attentive. Good on them - I’d recommend this store to anyone who needs sportswear. You won’t be disappointed - they will help you as best they can.

   This is the worst jd I’ve been too in my life. Spent £170 on a pair of shoes to be given 2 right shoes, and when taken back to get the left shoe I was told there’s nothing they could do. Completely incapable staff would not recommend going here to anyone.

   I buy not the first time in this store. Yesterday I bought an auction pair of sneakers, the price on the sticker in the shoe is £20, and they took £28 from me at the checkout. After my question why the price is different, they laughed at me and said that the price was written by the seller's hand on the round price tag. Could the seller be wrong? But the employees paid no attention to the printed price tag with a barcode. The staff is rude and not friendly. The manager needs to better select staff to work with customers.

   Great atmos. Sporty vibe and cool space . Ambient mood to choose and roam around to check the stocks. Offers are displayed at the end of the racks so always go in to the ago and check at last racks. True to Ads. Good selection and energetic enthusiastic staff though the girl who was working behaved quite annoyed with "any" queries. May be tired of heat waves ☺️.. the man was an absolute gem.. Will visit again .

   Buy all my Adidas trainers and Fred Perry there. Worth popping in regularly as there are always bargains to be had. Worth going through the discount rails as you often find a cheap Adidas or Fred Perry t-shirt. The selection of trainers is excellent and again there are deals to be had. The shop is very well stocked. Only 3 stars as the staff are pretty awful. Not interested which is a shame.
