    As soon as you go into the store you can smell a welcoming fragrance in the air. Then you are greeted by lovely staffs, who are so helpful and professional, especially the Italian young staff she was superb.

    I visited the shop with my 14 months old son to buy shoes for him. Maria made the visit very nice and smooth. She was extremely helpful in finding the right size and the model. She showed us all available models in store and online, so that we could choose the one we liked best. We actually left with two pairs!:) Thank you Maria, five star customer service!! She also was so lovely to my son, he had a great time too!:) We will be back when he jumps a size!

    First and last time I am buying from Geox. Bought some shoes in a rush during lunchtime and was pushed to buy some cleaning products by the sales assistant for almost half the price of the shoes. After I realized my mistake went back to the shop few hours later and the manager refused to give my any refund (while it was explicitly mentioned on my ticket that "unused items can be returned within 90 days" and that it was obvious that I didn't use any of the products).
